Most of the processed green coffee imported by Cafè Badilatti originates from small cooperatives round the equator in countries like Colombia, Kenya, India and Indonesia.

Daniel Badilatti travels regularly to Java and Sumatra to ensure the coffee he is buying is produced by ecological and sustainable methods as well as offering support.
