Jacu Bird coffee
Jacu Bird coffee belongs to the most exclusive and rarest coffees of the world. It is gained in very small amounts within the Brazilian rainforest. Similar to the Kopi Luwak coffee from Indonesia, Jacu Bird coffee is first eaten by this particular coffee loving bird "Jacu" before it is gathered by the farm workers and processed carefully for roasting. Since Jacu-birds are very choosy, only the best and ripest arabica cherries are eaten by them and form therefore a coffee of the highest quality.
Its taste is unique, with an exeptionale fruity and floral aroma and a light note of black bread.
